I PURCHASED THIS FOR MY OFFICE TO REPLACE ANOTHER BRAND(THAT ONLY LASTED 14 MONTHS). I AM VERY IMPRESSED W/ THE QUALITY AND ROOM OF THE HAIER. HAIER IS A COMPANY IN CHINA, BUT THE PLANT THAT MAKES THIS REFRIGERATOR IS LOCATED IN THE USA. AT THIS PRICE ($150) YOU CAN BEAT IT. BTW, IT HAS A SMALL FREEZER COMPARTMENT WHICH IS NICE FOR KEEPING SMALL ITEM FROZEN. THE DELIVERY WAS FAST AND IT MAKES IT EASIER THAN TRYING TO HAUL ONE HOME FROM THE STORE. I GOT MINE W/ FREE DELIVERY AND NO TAXES THRU AMAZON.

I ordered this for an office and it's worth the price and all else. Shipping was fast and the stainless steel makes it look like an expensive mini but it's not. It's also QUIET & COLD which was a priority. Amazon as usual does not fall beyond expectations.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! My unit arrived broken. Haier customer service was rude & obnoxious. They were completely unapologetic & seemed to go out of their way to be UNHELPFUL. When I finally bullied them into action, they wanted a full week to send out a service man who may or may not have been able to fix it. I spoke to both customer service and corporate, both were extremely rude and entirely useless. What's more, neither one had the decency to so much as apologize. NEVER AGAIN.
This was every internet buyer's nightmare!

Great refrigerator/ freezer for its cost-vs-size. Buying this fridge was a very good deal. It was shipped very fast and in great condition as well.

The shipping from the seller was very fast, hence the 3 stars. Unfortunately, the fridge was broken when we received it. We plugged it in after waiting 24 hours(This is not something the company instructed us to do, but it is highly recommended that you do so in order to let the fridge settle)and it made this loud humming noise, then a "pop" and it was dead. We called Haier, Inc. to claim the 12 month warranty. The customer service by Haier was GREAT. They asked us a few standard questions and gave us instructions on how to request the replacement. We had to cut 10 inches of the power cord off, tear off the label with the model/serial # info, and submit both of these items along with a copy of the invoice to Haier. They will send us a replacement within 10-14 business days. Hopefully we will not have to go through this again!

Just wanted to note that this product get 1.5 star average from 18 reviews at Target. Most notable problem is the product stops functioning after 1-3 years. Danby fridge seems more durable.

It has no interior light... I think this is a big deal.
Its useless in a dark place.

This is a great refrigerator to have for me, since I'm a college student and I don't eat much. It's not too loud, and it keeps everything cold (or frozen, up top). The only negative thing I can say about this product is that it arrived with a small dent in the front, and that's just a shipping fault. If you need extra space for you food, drinks or snacks - but don't want another full size fridge - this will do it.

This fridge came to my house all banged up on the left side. It still works, but it makes a really loud noise.
