ITS A NICE LOOKING MACHINE THAT'S ABOUT IT 1ST TIME OUT OF THE BOX I WASHED THE GLASS IT CRACKED AND 1ST TIME I MADE COFFEE THE GLASS BROKE APART CAN'T FIND REPLACEMENT ANYWHERE

Excellent product as this is my second purchase since I broke the orginal pot and had to replace the entire coffee maker just to get the pot. But I would do it over again with the same brand and model.

Nice looking product. Simple.... although looks more expensive than it is. True stainless steel on the outside and nice design. Don't understand the complain of the person who carelessly broke the carafe. It could happen even in the most expensive glass coffee makers if you are not careful. "2587"!!! : - O
