-the picture is a wee bit squashed horizontally.
-the remote's number configuration is not the standard 3 x 3
-the pause when changing channels is nearly 2 seconds, which may not seem like a long time but when you're clicking through trying to find something......it takes forever.
overall i am dissappointed.

great tv --it was bought for my daughter in college--she loves it esp. with the dvd

The product didn't even work right out of the box. I contacted ANTonline, the company I purchased it from, and they passed the buck to Haier America. I sent Haier an email through their website--4 days later NO RESPONSE whatsoever. I have sent Amazon an email to see if they could resolve the situation. Let's see how that goes. Oh, and if you think this piece of garbage is going to have a headphone jack, it doesn't. Guess it doesn't matter when nothing works to begin with. There went $150 down the drain. WTF!!

I purchased this item for my daughter and she has found it to be very easy to use and enjoys it very much. the picture is great and having a built in DVD player saves space.Over all it is the perfect size and works well for her needs.

so the tv is small cost 350! what the hell why i just wanted a nice flat tube glass tv so i wouldnt have to shell out alot of money for a lcd or plasma since they dont really sell galss tube tvs anymore. The screen is so small the remote is bootleg and there is a big lag with the tv when u change channels or put it on the dvd or av settings overall the TV SUX! and is very overpriced would not recommend this product to anyone ever its a waste of money your better off figuring out how to get a gameboy to work as a tv...

I bought this tv for my mother's kitchen in her summer home last year. It worked fine at first but the sound died after 2 weeks. I had to ship the item back to Haier and they sent a replacement. My mother had returned to Florida by the time the replacement arrived. We set up the replacement this June and the set went completely dead after 3 days. Since this item wasn't bought directly from Amazon, I had to deal with Haier directly. This item was a disaster - a waste of money and time.

I needed a smallish TV with a digital tuner and this was it! I've had this brand in the past and it's reliable and well-priced.

The picture shows a headphone jack. When I got this in the mail, it didn't come with one. I only paid $100 for it but could have really used the headphone jack.

I had to call the company during set up. It was a simple menu switch to cable which corrected the problem: however it now reverts back to channels2-13 and has to be reset.

This item appeared to be a good product , however it did not meet my need because it did not have 12 volt capability as I thought it did.
