The item was received with a crack in the siding (and a damaged box). So shipping for this item is not gentle, and if you order from this supplier, it might arrive with more than just a crack. However, the tv itself works fine, and we haven't had any malfunctions relating to the surface damage of the tv. Please keep the shipping danger in your consideration of the tv.

Decent TV with bizarre remote,

This is a nice, basic television with a decent picture. Its only problem is a remote that must have been designed by someone who's antisocial and hostile to humanity. So many buttons, laid out in a way that seems truly random. There are even separate buttons for play and for pause. It's impossible to use without looking at it. It is the opposite of something made with consumers in mind, like anything made by Apple.
But the TV itself is nice.
