Book Description

November 1, 2011

An uproarious, uplifting, and brazenly honest celebration of the single girl's life.

Unsolicited relationship advice from relatives, disastrous dates, men who wear thumb rings, and the moments of deep satisfaction when a single girl realizes that she can do whatever she wants with her time- it's all here in Haiku for the Single Girl. Reading this brilliantly incisive and wittily illustrated collection, every woman- whether single or not-will laugh until she cries, and then start laughing all over again.

There once was a man from Nantucket...this book is better than that. The illustrations are great and perfectly fit each Haiku.

5.0 out of 5 stars Not just for single girls! November 2, 2011
Format:Kindle Edition
My single girl days are behind me, but I thoroughly enjoyed every page of Haiku for the Single Girl. These poems are funny, sexy, and sad--often all at once--in just 17 syllables. The charming illustrations make this book even more personal, yet somehow also universal. A great gift for single sisters who need a boost, and for married girlfriends who need a chuckle. Well done!
