Don't buy it new
Book is fine - nothing exciting or special. But don't buy the full price of +$100!! It's not worth that much. Buy a used paperback in decent condition and that's all you need to do. Don't excessively blow your hard-earned money on it.

SIKE!!!!
Just got the book and it was in HORRIBLE condition. I opened it , it was ripped down the middle, the first half of the book starting to fall out! Thanks...

I found this book to be an easy read. It gets right to the heart of the topic and provides pertinent, meaningful examples. I would recommend this book for entry level management and/or as a refresher.
