I tested my teenage son because he admitted, undeer duress, to having tried marijuana on a couple of occasions. I wanted to know how much he had been using and if there were other substances involved. The test was relatively easy to use, and the reults came in a timely manner. But they came out negative on everything. (It had been over 2 weeks since he had "used", and the sample was taken close to his head, per the instructions.) He had also had his wisdom teeth removed several weeks prior and had taken 1-2 Vicoden per day for 5 days. That didn't show up in the results, either. When I contacted the company to ask about this discrepancy, I was told that lower levels of exposure will not show up in the results. So it did give me some reassurance that my son is not a heavy drug user. But the information packet gave me the impression that any drug exposure would show up. Parents should be aware that a negative test doesn't necessarily mean that your child is completely drug-free.

RIPOFF -- STAY AWAY,

I cut a chunk of hair off of my daughters head and she cried for about 2 weeks because of the significantly noticeable chunk of hair missing from her head. Then to my dismay, I login to check the results and see this:"Quantity Not Sufficient(QNS) result indicates there was insufficient amount of hair to complete testing." Are they frickin serious?
