I have been in photography for the past 15yrs and broken more blowers than I care to mention. I purchased this blower 3 months ago and have had no cracking of any sort. It's been constructed very well and therefore won't alow any splitting at the seam.I know it may be a minor accessory to you but don't settle for anything less,take care of your equipment with this high pressure blower.
