Darts can get pretty expensive, but this set is just right for the price. They're actually too nice... I have a real poor-condition cardboard dart board in the basement and these things slice through it and into the wall... I now need to upgrade my dart board.

I am by no means a dart expert. I do not even have aspirations to be one. But when a dart board was installed at work, I decided that I wanted to be good enough to win consistently against the other players.

After several weeks, I was decent. I could not consistently hit what I was aiming for but I was getting closer and closer. We were just using some cheap to average darts which were more than good enough for our purposes. However, I did not like the size and weight of the darts we were using so I decided to look for something else.

After some research, it seemed the best darts were made of tungsten. I looked for these at most of the local sports stores but the selection was not all that great. So I came online to look and found these darts.

After using them for a few weeks I can say I really like the darts. I don't like fat darts and I don't like light darts and these seem to be just right for me. They are not really heavy but they seem just the right density for me. The nice thing about the thin darts is that you can cluster them a lot tighter in those rare situations when you are very accurate (and these situations are rare for me).

The only problem I have with the set is the ridiculously cheap case they come in. It is completely useless. It has this cheap plastic insert to "hold" the darts. The problem is the glue used to hold the insert in is cheaper than the plastic, and after no more than 1 day of almost no use, the plastic is no longer attached to the case.

These are very good, durable darts. I bought them for my husband for Christmas and he loved them. The only reason I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 is because after a few times of taking them in and out of the case, the case itself broke.

It took some time to get used to the weight of these darts. At first, it was hard to control them, because they were heavier than my last set of darts, and the base was smaller in girth than the original darts. But, after about a week, these darts go exactly where you tell them to. There are spinnings at the end of the flights.

As others have said, this is a good starter set of darts. The weight is nice and the size is just right for me. The reason for the 4 stars is that horrible case. The glue had already come off the cheap plastic, so it was broken when I got it, then the rubber around the interior came loose. I was able to re-attach both but still annoying and not something one would expect from darts of this quality.

Still, they are decent darts for the money and a good starter set.

For a beginner, these darts are good enough to learn how to throw without going to some of the more expensive darts. They function quite well and come with most accessories that one would need for a beginner.

My only complaints are: The case that these come in is cheap; and the set I got were light at 17g.

However, after having these darts for a few months and becoming much better at throwing, I am inclined toward getting heavier darts and wish that I had just spent the extra money in the beginning.

I purchase this dart set as a gift for my son. He really likes the darts. The weight of the dart and the wing makes this a great dart to throw. My major complaint is that back of the dart set wing broke. Does anyone know where we can get a replacement wing? The wing screws into the back of the dart.

I like using proffessional things, and this darts was what i needed, yes it's a little bit heavy, better that ok, when i throw it i'm hitting nothing else but center, get yours before it's to late lol
