This is awesome! Plenty of stoner tracks, plus a few not in the film! My favorite is 'Virgin Girl' by: Smash Mouth/Chopper.

This cd is a little metal with reggae. If you like tthe movie I recommend getting the soundtrack. Great music from the awesome movie!

I bought this CD for the song by Cibo Matto "Who's got the light?" which is an awesome song. The only other songs i like are "Along comes Mary", "I get Lifted", and "Season's Change". The rest of the songs are pretty dry and i can't stand to listen to the whole CD. That song "We are Dumb" is very annoying, like most of the other songs. If you're a Cibo Matto fan like me, then that should be you're only reason to buy it.

The Half Baked soundtrack is a great CD to own if you, like myself, are a big fan of the movie. My only problem with the CD are the ocassional songs that have remotely nothing to do with the movie at all, but I won't mention any names because instead I am going to list the track that are great. "Along comes mary" by the Bloodhound Gang, "Virgin Girl" by Smash Mouth and Chopper "(I'm in love with) Mary Jane" by Coolio and "I get lifted" by UB40 are all songs the soundtrack could not do without and any big fan of the movie will recognize all of them. Other noteable mentions are "We Are Dumb" by Home Grown, "We Know" by DJ Milo and Tricky, "Pack The Pipe" by The Pharcyde and "Farmyard Connection" by The Specials. Pick this up if you liked the movie, and if you didn't see the movie welllll what are waiting for?

I was having some trouble finding the name of the song that plays when Thurgood and his friends are getting a ride home from prison with Mary Jane. The song is "Flyin'" By Tom Tom Club, but it's not the same as it is in the movie. If it is a remix or something from the origonal then would someone please help me! Thanks

all i have to say is that "the gav" is absolutely retarted. ok so he doesnt like rap or reggae well screw you man. just because other people like different music u say that they only like it cuz it talks about smokin bowls. you think this movie is bad? its one of the funniest movies i have ever seen. you have no sense of humor. thats all and have a good day.

Actually the 'Salt-n-Pepa' song which is mysteriously missing from the Half Baked soundtrack isn't a 'Salt-n-Pepa' song at all. (thought it sure sounds like it.) It's "Lookin' Good to Me" by Nonchalant. (...)

I just got the CD and it's okay. It has some good stuff but is missing the classic "you be illin" by Run DMC that the movie opened up with and is also missing the very groovy Salt & Peppa song that was played in the movie. I'm a little disappointed but it still has some good songs on it.

Does anyone know the title of the song played when they get a ride back from prison early in the movie, just as mary jane is stationing the car....

does anybody know if the Sir SmokeALot songs are available anywhere? Dave Chapelle is friggin hilarious.

This CD is very good on the whole. Some of the tracks arn't that great but their is a skip button. My personal Fav. is "I'm in love with Mary Jane" by coolio i really bought it for that song and Virgin Girl. It isn't as good as i hoped it is closer to a 3.5 then a 4 but it is more of a 4 than a 3 and if you do review like i do then you know you can't give .5's oh well it is a good CD but listin to it first it is a hard cd to compair with others on a side note the movie is one of the funnest out thier
