Germany was the leader in many areas of weapon development during W.W.2 but none more than Half tracks!They used them in every theater all through the war.We had two types they had upwards of 50 and this book presents all of them.From the early developmental stages to the end of the war.As is the norm for Spielberger all the tech stuff is here plus a wealth of pictures not in widespread use.The 250 series, 251 series and all the towing vehicles are covered if somewhat briefly, for reason of space.They are all here plus Doyles drawings and some color art by U.Fest.Very decent book on a some what neglected subject.
