If there was ever a cd that was worth one song....listen to Half Till Dawn and tell me it wasnt worth it....

Halfway 'til dawn resume las principales caracteristicas de este excelente musico, poseedor como pocos de un singular sentido de la estetica y una profunda sutileza compositiva e interpretativa, de lo cual ha dado sobradas demostraciones a partir de sus trabajos con Al Jarreau y Gato Barbieri. Solamente dos temas como Fusionesque y The girl with Botticelli eyes le son suficientes a Saisse en este Cd para demostrar estas marcadas caracteristicas. Saisse ha entregado ya tres excelentes albumes que cronologicamente demuestran su crecimiento compositivo, como asimismo la depuracion de su refinado estilo. Excelente travesia sonica por un particular concepto del sonido de fusion actual. Altamente recomendado.

Especially "Love, Life and the Universe" ist R&B technically unbeaten.

This is a truly outstanding record, phenomenal musicianship, diverse influences and a stellar recording.

The CD is excellent. I have other work from Saisse, and he always finds a way to incorporate other styles into his music. This is what jazz COULD be.

I got addicted to Mr. Saisse while listening to his Masques CD and when I heard cuts from Halfway till Dawn, I couldn't wait to buy it! The rides he takes you on;the highs and lows are worth any price. The man plays like a brother; total soulicious!!!!1

This cd is the most diverse work of music I have ever heard! I am listening to it right now. I have his previous album "The Next Voyage" and this one is just as good if not better! I am a diverse listener of music who can listen to music on all levels, and of all levels. If this fits your persona, then this album is for you! All lovers of music should have it.
