5.0 out of 5 stars A book to lock yourself away with ..., May 13, 1998
This review is from: Hall of Mirrors (Idol) (Mass Market Paperback)
A friend gave me this to read recently and I thoroughly recommend it! The story revolves around Jason Bradley, a troubled young soul who runs away and joins a mysterious travelling fair, and his tortured relationship with Tom Jarret, a brooding, burly roustabout. As the fair travels the country, each begins to unearth dark secrets from the other's past, and realises that they share a tragic history, which threatens to erupt into the present.

5.0 out of 5 stars a very sexy and engrossing novel, January 11, 1998
This review is from: Hall of Mirrors (Idol) (Mass Market Paperback)
Following a year or so in the life of a "Lost Boy" with all the trial and tribulations of growing up 'alone' is a very engrossing story. Meeting and working with others in a 'fair' keeps my interest and wanting to know how Jason resolves all that effects his young life. The sexual encounters are well written. the people he meets and works with are described in measured intrigue. i couldn't really set it down, but had to do some mundane things inbetween readings. it is a well written and wonderful story.
