We received this flute within 7 - 10 days of ordering it. My daughter who is 10 loves it and we were very happy with the quality of the flute. One of the keys were not playing correctly after 7 months and I contacted them and they immediately responded back to me to send it to them. Once they received it, they fixed it immediately. Leo even called me to let me know it had been fixed and he was mailing it back to me. I would highly recommend this flute and any purchase from Hallelu Music. There is no doubt in my mind that I would recommend them to everyone I know.

I bought this flute as a replacement for the one I had growing up so that I could practice with my daughter who plays clarinet. So far, this has turned out to be a great deal and I am very satisfied! I definitely recommend for anyone just starting out with the flute or as a replacement! This is definitely a better deal than some of the local deals you might encounter when purchasing your child their beginner instrument. I wish I would have found this before I purchased my daughter's clarinet! Look no further, the price, the beautiful tone, the quality and the quick delivery of this product make it well worth the buy!

I wanted to get my daughter a new flute for her 11th B-day, replacing the rental she's had for a year which we've been paying $18/month. The music store quoted me $800 for a new flute and trashed "cheaper" flutes. And in fact our $100 flute did have problem. I called more than a month after receiving the flute and Leo was very accommodating and helpful, I sent back the flute, all he had to do was adjust the flute (ain't broken)and sent it right back within the week. My daughter's happy, I'm satisfied, will most certainly purchase from Amazon again, and especially from Hallelu Music. Thanks again Leo.

I was afraid to order a less expensive flute, but my kiddo was transitioning to middle school and had to give back the one she was using on scholarship and having recently lost my job and only finding part time work, I was strapped for cash. Well she took so naturally to the flute and was writing her own music only a few months in, so I dreaded taking this away from her. After tons of searching, I opted to try this one. OMG! This flute is identical looking and feeling as the one she was using from the school, a Yamaha and 4 times more expensive, and yet this one sounds so very much better! And the case is perfect, its soft, zipper closure and has a hand handle or shoulder strap option. The polish cloth that comes with it shined it up real nice too.

I bought this flute, as I wanted to learn to play a new instrument. I already play french horn. I wanted an instrument that was inexpensive, in case I didn't like playing it. This flute fit the bill perfectly. It was a price I didn't mind paying, and it plays quite well. It is in tune and plays perfectly right out of the box. I have already decided that I am ready to save up for a more expensive flute, and I will keep this one as back up. I wouldn't recomend it for a more serious player, but if you are begining, and unsure about your future intentions with the flute this one is perfect for you. It will play well enough to get an idea of how much you will like to play, and the cost is such that if you don't like it, you aren't out that much.

Ordered my daughters flute and recieved it surprisingly fast. I had to send it back due to a malfunction(my daughters malfunction) and the owner was very pleasant and understanding and wanted to make sure I was taken care of and very happy with the purchase. I would definetly buy another instrument here if needed.

I played the flute many years ago and decided to take a beginner flute course. Part of the requirement was bringing your own flute so based on other reviews, I purchased the Hallelu flute. It came in excellent condition - case, cloth, everything was intact. Took my first class yesterday and it was a pleasure to play. I think it will last a long time and I believe it is worth more than the price I paid.

I received the flute really quickly. My 9 year old daughter loves her flute. This is her first year playing and I wanted to make sure she would stay with it. The price is great and the warranty adds to the great deal for a new flute. The soft case the flute came with is perfect for my daughter; she prefers it to the hard case.

This is my daughter's 3rd year playing the flute. It gives off a great tone. My daughter is very happy with this instrument! The price & quality are great!
