A fun read for Halloween,

"Halloween Hats" is a short yet fun read which follows a group of children as they get ready to go trick or treating, all decked out in their favorite costumes, and yes, hats! The illustrations are colorful and vivid, and complement the simple text. My kindergartener loved the last couple of pictures where the children are all involved in a game of grab someone else's hat which resulted in lots of giggles and squeals as we both enjoyed the illustrations. It's a simple yet fun Halloween read which makes for great reading aloud.
