This is the GREATEST Halloween CD since Monster Mash. It is fun, entertaining and really puts you in the Halloween mood. The sound quality is impressive and the story line flows seamlessly track to track making for a compelling, enjoyable listen. More producers and writers should make an effort like this - this is Halloween entertainment!

This is a great CD for the Halloween Enthusiast. It makes the holiday come alive! This is probably the best I have heard in a long time!

This CD is awesome. It is spooky enough to play at a haunted house, and really set the tone and add a whole new element. AWESOME!! If you are into Halloween, you gotta get it.

These sounds are so well layered and compiled -- every aspect of a haunted house -- the spooky rooms, laboratory, haunted fields surrounding the mansion, etc. all conveyed with sounds that are gripping, mesmerizing and realistic -- not the usually scream upon scream or "ooooooOOOOOOoooooo" but sounds of being followed, witches laughter, chains, torture screams, heavy doors being slammed and locked, the sounds of someone running up behind you, trudging around with chains, crows in the field cawing in the distance, thunder, rain, laboratory electrical sounds buzzing and beakers bubbling -- these sounds are layered to give you a vivid visual environment using a variety of quality sounds -- and seem to be arranged as if you were walking about the haunted mansion going room to room... sounds so authentic - even the haunted house organ playing - it's so much diversity in haunted scenes and sounds and avoids becoming redundant and boring even after playing it for hours upon hours.

This CD was an essential part of my spooky Halloween yard. I played this from a decent boom box under my front yard shrubs by the front door, loud enough to only be heard once you get 1/2 way up the front of my home. Had purple icicle lights hanging from the eaves of my home with peeking spooky eyes lighting the bushes, life sized scarecrow and mini scarecrows in a pumpkin patch where some pumpkin faces blinked on/off, a cemetery with chained ghosts rising from their grave markers and a low ground fogger. Used vinyl clings of ghouls, mummy, Dracula and jack-o-lantern in all my front windows lit up from inside and covered the garage door with a scenic vinyl mural of a cemetery with more ghosts haunting in the mural. The kids loved it --- some folks came by twice just to stand around and view all the sightings -- some kids sent their older siblings with their candy bag for treats because they were TOO scared! The CD was intrinsic part of making it all believable! Not cheesy, good length to each segment and enough variety to be not boring/redundant at all.

Halloween Horrorscapes is the perfect CD in the evolution of Halloween soundscapes. The superior sound quality at a high volume and the right lighting will leave the bravest of Halloween enthusiasts looking over their shoulder.

Each track tells a story with only sounds...SCARY SOUNDS.

The mix of old-school and modern sound techniques makes Halloween Horrorscapes a must for your collection. I am proud to have it in my collection.

This scared the pants off my kid...I guess this is what it's supposed to do. I'd definitely recommend it.

The sounds on this CD put you right in the middle of a horror story--super spooky but eerily delightful. I've never heard anything so realistic--the sound quality is superb as well. This is a must-have Halloween CD!

This isn't your usual "dark and stormy night" kind of Halloween sound track! It's very moody and creepy, setting a scary atmosphere almost subliminally. Even your most sophisticated guests will feel the hair rise on the backs of their necks!
