Even if you're not diabetic or have blood sugar issues, sucking on hard candy all day (even cough drops are essentially hard candy) makes a hayday for tooth-eating plaque and tartar.The cough drops are soothing and breathing the vapors really helps to clear the nasal passages while you suck on these things. They last a decent amount of time and really help to sooth a dry, irritated throat. They seriously need to come out with more pleasant flavors like grape, blue raspberry, margarita and piña colada!
