This review is from: Cafe Halo French Vanilla Coffee Pods (4.23-Ounce), 16-Count Pods (Pack of 6) (Grocery)
Ordering almost 100 pods of a coffee I've never tasted before didn't seem so smart, but I figured it couldn't be worse than the more generic cheap brand.

On opening the first pouch there was a strong smell of baking vanilla. That worried me a bit, but in the end the coffee tasted very good, even better than I had feared. I hope to try more Cafe Halo coffees in the future.

Because each bag holds 16 loose pods it's important to keep the open bag as sealed as possible. I store the open bag in a zip(per)-lock bag in a cool, dry kitchen drawer. The unopened bags are in the back of the fridge, put in another bag as well.

5.0 out of 5 stars Surprisingly good for a flavored pod, January 29, 2010

I am used to vanilla flavored coffees being very harsh and bitter- this is not like those coffees. It is vanilla flavored, but the flavor is not there to mask a subpar coffee. It complements a smooth, medium roast coffee. I wouldn't say it's the best coffee EVER, but it's quite good.

One pod makes two cups, so it's also a good value.
