Purchased for my 13-yr-old son. He has played it constantly and loves the entire album. From what little I've heard of it, it sounds pretty good.

These seven short episodes are great. But the ones that stand out the most are ones like, "ProtoType". I believe out of the seven, either three or four of the episodes are hardly worth watching. But over all, it's a great Halo experience to witness and hear.

Definitely not many brand new tracks. However if you enjoyed the tracks from Halo 1 and 2, this classical / raw spin on the tracks is nice.

Only a few of these songs are new, the others are just remixed versions of Marty's original Halo tracks. Still very good, though. Looking forward to the DVD on Tuesday.

Excellent soundtrack, worth it, even when you own all the other Halo soundtracks. Very classical feel, way better then the Halo Wars soundtrack, wich was a bit dissapointing.

This was purchased for our son. I do not care for this type of score in music. Our son listens to the music for a while then discards the CD.

I would have left a packaging review, but this time Amazon didn't give me the auction. I am a true Halo fan and I collect everything Halo; to include, soundtracks. This particular soundtrack arrived in a minnila envelope, which I knew I would be very disappointed once opened. The front jewel case was cracked! I can't stress enough to amazon that many people don't buy video games or other items to open up and play, others like myself, are collectors. This is no use to me in the condition that it's in and I am; as I speak, on the phone with amazon to get a replacement. Seems I will keep having to do this with amazon until they get someone in the warehouse who thinks like a collector or perhaps they have an option in the checkout asking if you're a collector or not. Maybe one day. Other than that amazon is great.
