First off, I want to say that the Dare action figure is incredibly detailed. She looks exactly as she would in the game, Halo 3: ODST. I've been collecting Mcfarlane Halo action figures, and I gotta say that I wasn't disappointed with this one. I mainly got Dare because I absolutely loved her in Halo 3: ODST. I would have easily given this action figure a 4 or a 5 right off the bat, but there's just one problem.

Be warned: the measurements of the action figure are inaccurate. On the official website listed on spawn.com, it says that Dare's measurements are 6 inches in height. However, the figure itself is only a measly 4 and a half inches big. It's a slight disappointment, as Dare looks awfully small compared to the other Spartan 6 inch figures from McFarlane Toys.

However, as I said before, she is incredibly detailed and comes with a Pistol and Sub-machine Gun. If the height (4 1/2 inches instead of 6 inches) doesn't bother you, then I definitely would recommend to pick this up.

I rated the figure a 3 out of 5, mainly because of the inaccuracy of the height that was printed on the box and advertised. If it was a regular 6 inch figure, definitely a 5/5.

First off I am a big Halo fanatic and basically all of the toys that I have ever bought from McFarlane are great. This one in particular had caught my eye. Well I received the figure and it was awesome and still is. The silenced pistol is a little big in her hands and the silenced SMG too. Overall this is a wonderful gift for any die hard Halo fan, and please don't be fooled by the Rookie action figure, because this one is way better!

This one uses new molds for everything, because Dare is a bit shorter than everyone else. She looks exactly like in the picture. However, I would have preferred her to be colored like she is in the game, and the pistol just isn't painted right--though, again, it's exactly like in the picture.

This figure is totally worth every cent, it came a few days early, which was great, the detail on it is the best of all my figures, even better than the reach ones, amazing articulation, just love it, buy this figure for sure!

I want to say this is a great action figure,but her pistol could not fit in her hand.Over all,it is a great toy to have.Awesome action figure!

Ok so heres the deal, ODST comes out, I buy the Rookie figure. Ok cool, looks sick, McFarlane always delivers fantastic products. I take it out and his arm falls off, ok snap it back on. Go to position his hands, they snap off. This kinda put a dent in my faith in McFarlane toys, I was really happy with the Halo 3 figures and the Rookie was a huge disappointment. Ok, Halo Reach comes out, I decide to buy the figures, I also decide to buy the Dare figure from ODST. I read the reviews and everyone says its awesome. So I buy it hoping for the best and it is actually a fantastic figure. Dare is alot shorter than the other figures and I can only assume its because she is female. But the figure is amazing, no issues with the joints and the paint job is fantasitc. I expected it to break considering the pieces are smaller but she is holding in there just fine. She comes with two weapon, the silenced smg and a silence pistol. It is truly a fantastic figure, can't wait for the Reach ones.

i got this toy shipped to me from Toy wiz. nothing to special about this toy, it's highly detail, comes with guns and other military stuff. very limilted in movement. but over all very fun. but would be better off keeping it in the box.
