i purchased the halo uv-st ultra violet vaccum in may. I have all hard wood floors, only in the front room i have a area rug under the couch. It is black, i have kids, & recently added dog to family. since we have dog, even though we do not let her in the room hair always get on the black carpet, so w young kids i thought this vACCUM WOULD BE GREAT, & IT WAS TILL 2 days ago it all of a sudden started making a really loud unbarable noise, i dont know if it still has suction due to the noise is so loud, like vacum is gonna blow, i know when i purchased said 1 yr warrenty so i got the ownwers manuel, tryed to go to website NOTHING?... u cant get to it? i am gonna try the # tomorow see what happens, i am really dissaponted reading on compter, reviews say halo went out of bussiness, sold theyre tecnology to oreck,
