The track that I chose of "Halo" by Beyonce is not the same as the amazing performance on David Letterman this summer. Still good but perhaps an earlier version without the power and effects that came across on TV

This is the song that you find yourself singing all day long. I love the lyrics and the tune. It is not inappropriate or explicit like so many songs are nowadays. It costs a little more than other downloads, but who really cares about $0.30? Since I bought this song a few days ago, I have listened to it at least 10 times. You will not regret buying this addicting song.

This song sounds very poor on my computer and ipod. I have purchased numerous MP3s off of Amazon, and they sound great. This one sounds worse than streaming content. It is almost distorted sounding to me. I am going to purchase it on Itunes to compare.

"Halo" has to be one of THE most played songs on the radio these days but this time it's for good reason - it's addictive, it has good lyrics and it subtly draws one in.

Beyoncé has been one to watch for a while because of her great vocals. And although she has released some mediocre songs in the past, I can attest that this one is not one of them.

This and "If I Were A Boy" are great tunes.

Great vocals! She really shows her talent on this song. It has meaning, a story, great composure, a great beat. Only downside is it gets a bit repetitive and the ending seems to just drop off the edge.


For Beyonce: Just take off the glove and come back down to earth and make more good music.

When it has came down to Beyonce' she has had a mixed ordeal of songs. While her dance songs have lost a lot of her appeal like her recent single, Diva, her ballads have been showing most of her shining stars on radio right now. After her strong performance of At Last at the inagurational ball of President Obama, she has showed that well. Unfortunately, I didn't feel that way with her latest single, Halo, the 4th single from her I Am Sasha Fierce record. The song didn't really strike the chord the way that If I Were A Boy had delivered for her last year. I didn't really feel the chemistry on this song as well. While I did like her cover of Etta James At Last from Cadillac Records, Halo didn't feel like she gave it her all. I really think hope that her next ballad can show more heart and soul that delivers.
