This under-cabinet halogen light throws a lot of light, or using the low setting on the rocker switch, provides a nice, warm glow.I have four of these installed under the cabinets in my kitchen, and they make a world of difference in the work areas, especially near my cutting board. I leave one on in the low position as a night light, and turn the others on when needed. Installation is a breeze. I was able to install mine with a battery operated power drill, and used cord management hardware (purchased from a local hardware store) to hide the power cords under the cabinets. They work beautifully, do not produce a lot of heat (relative to other halogen lights), and illuminate a large area. The dual hi-low position of the switch is a wonderful feature, as is the stainless steel finish that matches my major kitchen appliances. Great bargain and one with which I am 100% satisified. |
