The title of my review pretty much sums it up. So far two have burned out since I purchased this item. The bulb they replaced lasted for nearly a decade. Not only do they die extremely quickly, but, although it has identical specifications to the bulb they replaced, they are much dimmer and more orange-y in color. For the price, I suppose you get what you pay for, but I guess next time I'll be spending the money on one bulb that lasts longer and lights the room better than the six of these.

I thought this price was too good to be true, and it is. These bulbs each burned out within a matter of days when I turned on the light switch. I'd rather buy 1 quality bulb which lasts a long time vs. the hassle of changing these continually.

I was happy to have found these bulbs online as I couldn't find them in stores. I always handle new bulbs very carefully with a dry paper towel so I don't get any oils from my fingers on the bulbs. Out of the 6 bulbs I got to use 4, 1 was d.o.a. and another broke as I was removing it from the package. Once in the lamp the remaining bulbs lasted very little time, one only lasted a couple weeks. The lowest setting on the dimmer would typically go out first. Whenever I used the dimmers low setting with these bulbs the lamp would emit a hum and make the lamp vibrate lightly. I recommend using another brand.
