I decided to buy these little bulbs in bulk for my under counter Ikea lights. The bulbs sold at Ikea seem to burn out after 6 months... and maybe these do as well, but at least the price is right. Be careful not to touch them with your fingers when installing them or else they will blow out almost immediately.

These bulbs are just like the ones I get at the local big box store, some run fine for the expected lifetime, and some are duds and burn out in 2 or 3 days.

The price for the Halogen JC 10 watt bulbs was the best I could find during my web search. I have used several, and so far, the quality seems comparable with other more "expensive" bulbs I have used in the past.
