I made the mistake of going by the Amazon size chart instead of the one on the company's (Khanomak) website. I ordered a small and the dress was to tight on top. I emailed the company and they responded very quickly and said they would exchange it for a medium. I had the medium in 3 days. Good customer service! I had several other questions and everytime I emailed them they responded promptly. Although you can't reach them by phone, they do a great job getting back to you with an email. I would definitely order from them again. Looking forward to wearing this dress for an upcoming wedding. Love it!!!!
