Well they do what they say. One side of the box opens up with a little cutout on top so you can quickly slide your finger against it to pull out just one. They worked great to separate the burger patties I made with my new press. These would also work well to separate cheese if you slice it yourself. There's like 1000 per box, and I used 12 to make 10 1/2-lb patties (one on top of each stack), so it's going to be a long time before I need more.

These patty papers work just right and I received then 2 days after ordering, Thanks.

We use these papers both to prepare and store hamburger patties. Makes me feel like a professional cook to slap a papered patty on the grill! - More sanitary, too.

These patty papers were not what I was expecting. They are what they advertise to be though, squares of paper to use to separate hamburger patties.

I bought these thinking that Wax Impregnated Paper would be similar to Wax Paper, I was incorrect. These squares of "wax impregnated paper" are more similar to parchment paper than to wax paper.

As I wasn't buying these to use for their intended purpose, I can't attest to their hamburger separating prowess, But if you are looking for a substitute for candy/confectionery wrappers, you should probably NOT buy these.

Hoping to be able to use these in other ways, I'll be sure to update if i can find another use for them.

Love making bugers and putting these sheets between them. It really keeps them from sticking together, and you can get the party started quicker.

I use these when I get hamburger meat. I pat out the paddies and stack them up and freeze them. Works like a charm. A thousand of them should last you a long time too.

These are what they are: little pieces of paper.

But they're handy if you make and freeze your own burgers.

Hamburger Patty Paper-Box of 1000 Sheets, This is very handy to have around, I don't eat a lot of meat sometimes I make Turkey Burgers and that's when I use it and when I make Veggie Burgers. I slice cheese and I like to put it between pieces of the Patty Paper as I understand it, is some sort of wax impregnated paper that apparently does not stick to the food

The Patty Paper is very convenient not just for meat I keep finding more and more uses all the time. I like to freeze white corn Tortillas and the Paper does a Great job, I put a sheet between two or three Tortillas before I freeze an entire Package so I always have the amount that I need, some Items don't have very long Shelf Life so I like to Freeze them. I know this box is going to last me for ever, or maybe not if I keep finding more uses for it! Thank You

Waxed papers work well to separate the hamburger and sausage patties when pressing and allowing easy separation after freezing. Maybe a tad pricey but overall, worth it.
