no international warranty,

- there was no invoice in the package.
- the watch instruction manual has a space in the back cover where the seller is supposed to place a stamp for international warranty (and luxi did not). - there is also a plastic card for the same purpose (international warranty) that also came in blank. the watch stopped working for no apparent reason. I went to an authorized dealer but they cannot help me without the warranty / invoice... neither luxi nor amazon have contacted me with a solution, I have contacted them by all available means several times for the last 2 months... I will try hamilton customer service, but off course without proof of purchase... nice! |
