I have owned Hamilton Beach products in the past and know them to be quality appliances. The 6-speed hand mixer I just purchased is well made, easy to use and was priced right. I am very satisfied with the dealer who sold me the mixer as they delivered promptly and the packaging was in good condition upon arrival.

Bought this at Walmart for $16. Right out of the box I found problems. It won't work! Initially I had to turn the speed to 6 (highest) for it to start spinning. After a couple of uses, it won't work at all. So there I was trying to bake...and this piece of junk failed. I had to stop working and run to the store to return it and get a new one. This was purchased as a gift for my granddaughter. It was shipped to her very quickly and arrived in perfect condition. She loves it !!!
