I bought two of these for our church, expecting that the commercial-grade would hold up better than the home-grade coffee urn would. We only used them on Sunday mornings and occasionally once during the week. Two months after the one year warranty had expired, they both quit working within a month of each other. (That was how long the home-grade ones we bought for $20 had lasted.) Since the warranty had expired, I took them to a small appliance repair shop only to be told they could not be fixed. I was extremely disappointed in this product!

We purchased two of these beautiful coffee makers for our church. I have returned and replaced them both and now one of the replacements has also broken. I have only had the other replacement for three uses so we will see how long it lasts! It boils too hard and over, The sight glass leaks, The coffee won't actually perk and 40 minutes later you find out you have "HOT" water -- no coffee. Very frustrating product. Very expensive. Very poorly made. I am out the money...Tired of paying the shipping to get it fixed! Trying a different brand!

Bought this product at Sams Club for $69. The dispensor spout broke the first time it was used, leaving us with ninety people at break time with no coffee. I was looking in Amazon for a replacement by a different manufacturer.
