Sturdy Portable Stand at a Good Price,
This review is from: Hamilton Kb90 Traveler Ii Portable Symphonic Music Stand And Bag
Hamilton KB90 Traveler II Portable Symphonic Music Stand and Bag (KB90 Traveler II Stand and Bag)
I was looking for a sturdy portable stand that had a vertical range suitable both for standing and seated performing. The Hamilton Traveler II was one of three options I found. One was a bit lighter but more expensive when its separately sold bag was added in, and another choice was much lighter and more compact when folded but even more expensive and had gotten poor reviews for durability. This one is probably the heaviest by a pound or two but for its low cost and durability it seems a good choice. One thing I will warn about is that the screw connections that hold the desk are made into a thin nut that sits loosely in a recess. If the screw is opened too much the nut can fall out and be easily lost. To correct this I used super-glue to set the nut it in the recess and hopefully this will work. It probably wouldn't be a bad idea either to find some spare nuts to keep in the case. Over all, I'm satisfied I made a good choice.

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Hamilton Kb90 Traveler Ii Portable Symphonic Music Stand And Bag
I have been looking for a sturdy portable music stand for some time. On gigs I have used heavy duty collapsable stands such as the K&M, but they are not stable when holding a large folder or loose leaf book. The Hamilton stand is as sturdy as a Manhasset stand, and portable. I highly recommend it for the serious musician!
