Where Are the Notes?,

I looked at the sample of this on my Kindle. I checked it out because it says it contains notes. I could find none in the short sample. I tried to look at the table of contents just to see if there was a section called "Notes" but. alas, when I selected "Table of Contents" from the menu I was taken to the last page - you know - "Buy this book now." Paging through from the beginning did not reveal a contents page either. However, there is a listing of characters at the start. I suspect a free version is just about as good.
