Product came damaged and chipped. It was packaged poorly and missing all the necessary hardware and screws to put it together. I called Amazon and they told me to go on their website and look for screws or call the manufacturer. They were very unhelpful and didn't speak English clearly. I have worthless pile of 102 pounds of wood in my dining room now. I am writing this review as I sit on hold with Amazon customer "service." I wish I could review the product, but I can't put it together!
