This product was a huge disappointment as it broke within 24 hrs of plugging it in. Calls and emails to CentralChef went unanswered, so I now own a bunch of extra filters I bought for a useless piece of junk. If you buy it, buy it from someone who will stand behind the product and give you your money back.
