After not having a cat for several years, we went a little crazy with the shopping when our new cat arrived. Consequently, we had more than a few litter scoops. This one is sturdy and the litter sifts through it very quickly. At the front corners are two little areas with no holes, and these are great for picking up the little items that you want out of the box, but that are so small they aren't filtered out. All the other scoops we had were deficient in some manner, but this one does exactly what its supposed to do perfectly.

I needed to buy a quick litter scoop after becoming a kitty owner and I saw this at Petsmart and thought I'd give it a try.

The scoop is sturdy plastic and doesn't bend much at all. The built in bags into the handle is incredibly handy and saves me from having to start up a new collection of used grocery bags to throw used litter out. The bags also smell amazing and cut down on smell so much. Anyway, I was so pleased with it that I needed to rave about it. :)

Would I sound like a crazy cat lady if I said this was the best litter scoop I've had? I was originally just looking something cheap to scoop it up with, last minute decided to go with this one. I'm very happy I did. It's large enough and very sturdy, does it's job well. The bags that come with it are scented too, which makes scooping the litter a little more tolerable. It ~was~ kind of awkward trying to get the bag out of the handle of the scoop, but it's still well worth the money.
