These seems to work well. I sleep deeper after taking one. They seem to only last for about 6 hours for me, but are especially helpful after a long bike ride.

I had to take at least 3 caps but after an hour or so got pretty tired.It seemed to make me go to sleep faster but not really stay asleep, which is the main reason I'm tired. Overall the quality of my rest has improved and I'm grateful for that, especially because I refuse to take heavy duty prescription drugs. This is probably the best natural sleep aid |
