For someone going from piano to dulcimer, this is a big help. It's pretty comprehensive on showing how to hold the hammers. It also goes over flags, drags and rolls, chords, such. Sheet music itself is limited, but on some, it provides brief background on the pieces. It's great for an introduction for a beginner, but it's best if you already know how to read music.
