This is very good paper.

Wow, I've never seen such childish behavior just because you missed out on a good deal that was very obvious it was probably a pricing mistake.

This stuff is paper.
There's a LOT of it.
It goes in my printer.
Ink sticks to it in the form of words and pictures.
Can't complain.

Paper has gone up in price at my local supply store. I decided to try this paper as the price was considerably less. It arrived intact with no damage or crushed corners. The paper is bright and after 1 full ream, I have not experienced any jams.

I ordered two cases of copy paper from my office innovations. Both cases appeared undamaged upon receipt. After opening the first box, the first four reams of paper had creases on the pages making them unusable. The seller refused to accept my return saying they have a 30 day return policy but a 5 day damage policy. First of all, this was never communicated anywhere. Second, this particular damage was not apparent until you opened a packet of paper for use. Such damage was therefore hidden from any reasonable inspection. Third, I never even opened the second case of paper and chose to return it because I did not trust the quality of this vendor's paper. Even though I communicated this to the vendor, they still refused to accept either case for return.

And get this, when I requested a return from the seller and stated I never even opened the second case but didn't want to chance it and wanted to return both, I got this reply from the seller:

Seller: Do you want to return both cases as damaged?

Me: Yes

Seller: I just now seen the date on this order and we have a 30 day return policy and 5 day damaged policy. You have to let us know within 5 days of receiving it that it is damaged. We cannot accept this return. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks. Zac Stacey. My Office Innovations.

Do you see what he did? He asked if I wanted to return both cases (as I had already asked) but cleverly phrased it to read both cases as damaged to try to weasel out of my returning the unopened case as well. Do you believe these guys?

Since I've been buying Hammermill cases for the last 20 years and have never seen damaged reams inside of a perfect box, I believe defective paper was intentionally put in and then the box resealed. That's the only way this could have happened IMO.

Shockingly unprofessional behavior by my office innovations all the way around bordering on a scam. Regardless, you have been warned.

Wow, I've never seen such childish behavior just because you missed out on a good deal that was very obvious it was probably a pricing mistake. Did I order as well hoping I would get it delivered? Yes. Did I throw a big fit like a child and start bashing Amazon because my order was canceled? No. It wasn't even Amazon selling it, it was a third party. Shoplet was responsible for the error and canceling the orders, not Amazon. I placed two orders, one for 4 cases and the other for 5. The 4 were for my personal office for my home business and the other 5 were for my employment outside of the home that I would have been reimbursed for. Strangely, I never got the cancellation email that most others got. Instead I got a delivery yesterday of 9 reams of paper, not the 9 cases that I ordered. I used the "Contact Seller" form in order to contact Shoplet (not Amazon) stating that I would like the rest of my order. Instead they have refunded my money and told me to keep the 9 reams of paper. So all in all I walked away with some free paper, but didn't expect that. But the fact is, this area on Amazon is for reviewing the PRODUCT, not telling everyone how ticked off you are that your order got canceled. There is a separate form for that, to review the seller. These reviews are now showing up on the actual product no matter who the seller on Amazon is. Some consumers, like myself, rely on reviews to rate a product in order to make a purchasing decision. We don't care how mad you are about the customer service. Post that in an appropriate area, please.

As far as the paper is concerned, it's fine. Works well for everyday basic printing needs.

I've been testing printers for 12 years, in that time I have used 5+ reams a week. Hammermill's "Copy Plus" is easily the worst paper I've ever used. The edges are rough, and on some pages there are little peaces that will come off during the printing process. Also, this paper produces dust at an alarming rate.

It's easy for printers to have 99.99% jam free operation. Think of it as one jam for every 10,000 pages or 20 reams. One of my newer printers has 47,692 jam free prints. I think Hammermill will have a hard time claiming 99.99% up-time if they keep producing paper at this level.

I purchased several boxes of the Copy Plus paper last week because it was on sale, and happened to be cheaper than the stuff I normally get (Staples Copy Paper, 20lbs, 92bright). I will never purchase "Copy Plus" paper again.

BTW: Hammermill's Fore MP and Premium Multipurpose products are excellent.

I have no problem with the paper itself but the individual reams inside the boxes were open (like 6/10 of them). Not sure if that happened due to shipping (the case looks fine. no heavy damage to it whatsoever) or if they just sent me the open reams they couldn't sell individually.

The lowest-cost copy paper in my hands 48 hours after ordered. Everything I could want in copy paper -- clean white color, smooth finish, no visible difference between front and back finish, and no curl.
