Hammock Bliss Tree Straps-Hang Your Hammock With Ease

This is a set of 2 very simple nylon straps with loops at both ends. The photo shows one way to use them but it's not the best way. I found that by by wrapping the tie around the tree, then slipping one end through the loop in the other (just like a dog choke chain) you can get these to adjust to most any size tree. You will probably need an S hook or karabiner to attach these to your hammock.

Not exactly what I expected, but works better than expected. You can buy an extension chain at the local home improvement store and extent the reach of your hammock even further than the 20' range this one goes to. I extended my range to over 25' with the help of this product. It really came in handy!

works great. very easy and simple to use. one person can setup and take down the hammock. a little overpriced though.

These straps did the job I wanted, but would point out that they are not meant for very big trees. They are very strong, has held over 400pounds with no problem.

Makes setting up a hammock really easy. I do recommend you get a carabiner to make it even easier. Holds up well to sun and rain.

Great to have. I was using 550 para cord, but these are much easier to use.

Makes hanging and unhanging hammy much faster and much more secure. Gives extra length as well. A+.

They work well enough if a little on the short side. I guess I should have known at that price there were no hooks or carabiners but the picture suggested otherwise.

These came a little short for me on my last trip. I should have gone with the longer ones. They seem tough and the construction is solid but go with the longer ones if you even think you might have some larger trees to hang from.

Ok, this really works well around small trees, when you can double wrap it. When you can't, and have to put one loop through the other, it tends to work its way toward the ground. Nothing sudden or scary, and its possible the webbing is just stretching out, but I have woken up a few inches closer to the ground than I had intended a couple of times. Also, 5 feet sounds like plenty of length but it isn't. I would recommend going for the XL. The s hooks aren't included but they are cheap and easy to find, no big deal. If you expect to use it with thin trees go for it. For medium to large ones, this is still a good product, but you want to get the bigger ones.
