I love this hammock - it's comfortable and roomy enough to lounge in with the whole family! We put it on our hammock stand this weekend, and I spent the whole afternoon hanging out in it with my husband, my toddler, my mom and even my mom's toy poodle! :D It's got gorgeous, vibrant colors, and is beautifully woven. The jumbo size is pretty darn huge, but all the size is in the width, not length, so it still fits perfectly on our standard hammock stand. One of the things I really like about the Mayan style hammock is how secure it is - unlike the spreader-bar style, I never feel like I might fall or flip out of the hammock, even when getting in and out. I also like how the woven-string design supports the body more evenly and comfortably than the big ropes on our old spreader-bar hammock.

You will not regret this purchase if you love spending long lazy summer days swaying gently in the shade with a few of your favorite people! (It also works wonderfully for one person at a time, but if you want to use it alone you might want to save your money and go with a smaller one. ;)

I can't speak for the durability, but it's nice to lie in. While it was still just a few days old I left it out mistakenly and it rained on it, I brought it inside to dry and draped it over my shirt sleeve, die came off the hammock onto my shirt sleeve, read into that what you will, but I will say it's large enough. I kept it.

This is a great hammock, very big easily put two people in it or take it all for yourself and wrap it around you for some shade and start counting the Z's. Very well made, great price and fast shipping. Thanks!

I placed the order for the Jumbo Hammock on a Monday and received it on that Thursday! There really is no reason to pay the extra cost for the express 3-day shipping. (plus the shipping is pretty steep to begin with) I ordered the Jombo size because I am 6'5" and 500lbs. Like almost everything in my life, I am hesitant to purchase, or even try out, anything which may fail under my weight, causing either injury or embarrassment. I decided to give this product a try since it claims a weight capacity of 869 lbs. So far I have only laid in the hammock once, but it felt quite secure. Only the future will tell how it will hold up upon further usage.

We rarely used the hammock. It looked beautiful outside although awkward at the way it hung because it stretches so tight. Within two months the strings started to unravel and hang until it looked unsafe, so I took it down and threw it away. I thought I was making an investment in a hammock that was going to last a long time, but in the end my old traditional hammock with the stretcher bars lasted much longer.
