Great for the grill, cuts down on guessing cooking time.

Parchment Paper keeps hamburgers seperated whether freezing or getting them ready for the grill. Make sure you follow the direction of reusing the top sheet for the bottom sheet for the next burger resulting in using only one sheet per burger except two for the last one.

This is possibly the best thing since sliced bread. I purchase hamburger on sale in 2 pound slabs, divide it with a knife into 8 sections and squish each section between two papers. Reuse the top paper and freeze on a cookie sheet and bag them up.

Not a whole lot of technology involved here. The paper does what it's suppose to and makes freezing a ton of patties easy. A good press will also go a long way in making life easier. When it's time to thaw them out and fire up the grill there's no more stabbing them with a knife to get the patties apart. A box should last you for quite some time.

Good Price. Made some patties in my el-cheapo burger press (6 bucks), and made enough patties for a large party in record time. I froze them for several days. And when I was ready to cook, the burgers seperated nicely, and the paper peeled off each burger with no problems. However, there is no actual dispenser for these sheets. They come stacked in a 6x6 sturdy flip-open box that makes access reasonably simple. When I use these up, I will go with this same brand.

We made patties to take with us on a camping trip. Having the papers to keep them separated was great. We were able to pull the patties apart and cook with very little hassle.

This has got to be one of the handiest organizing tools in my kitchen. I don't need the press. I just use the paper to separate different meats and frozen foods in my freezer then place them in plastic bags. At less than $0.02 a sheet, it is a bargain and a must in the kitchen for freezing and separating foods.

This parchment paper has worked great, but they are larger than I like, making it difficult to put the burgers into a ziploc bag to freeze for later use. Next time, I will look for smaller parchment papers closer to the size of the burgers I make, which I make with a burger press (so you can't really adjust the size).

This press is worth the money. It operates easily and has very few moving parts, so less chance for something breaking or getting lost. If you spray it with nonstick spray before the first burger is made, nothing sticks. I bought this with the package of wax sheets, so now I can freeze dozens of patties for whenever I need them. (Plus they are better quality AND a better taste than the premade ones you might buy at the store.)

I had heard about the press and got it for my birthday. I used it on New Year's Eve. The burgers were perfectly pressed, didn't fall apart and very juicy. Outstanding!!!

Perfect for formed hamburgers patties. You should use parchment paper betweem the burgers to keep them from sticking to the press............
