Rusted after very 1st wash,

I purchased this silverware set because it was 1)Attractive 2) Resaonably priced. I have purchased cheaper silverwar sets from Wal-Mart that didnt rust EVER. This set however after the very 1st run through the dishwasher with the heated dry cycle on no less started RUSTING. Stupid me I had thrown out all the packaging because I did NOT expect a brand new set to RUST. The seller refuses to exchange the product and states that ALL returns must be accompanied by ALL the original packageing. So I am out not only my original purchase price but had to rush down to Wal-mart to purchase a set that won't RUST. Do not buy this product. Do not buy from this seller.
