Really knowledgable practitioners,

This is a great book for understanding hand reflexology from the field's premier practitioners. Kevin and Barbara Kunz have been practicing reflexology for over 25 years. They understand why reflexology works and explain it to you. Their books are published in over 20 languages. You can't miss with this.

A very good book. The pictures are clear and precise and the instuctions are easy to follow. If you have some understanding of reflexology then this a good adendum.

I am still reading this book. It will be used a reference over time. I had a problem with a finger on my left hand (still do) and wanted to tune into hands and how to take care of them. She has excercises and stretches which are helpful and that is what I am reading now. This book will be used in the future so I will continue to read about hand reflexology and how that connects with different parts of the body. Very interesting to me.
