I bought this bead for my daughter's Pandora bracelet on December 30, 2010. It has since turned color and I have to buy a different bead to replace this one. I would not recommend this bead to anyone.

This charm was nice, but ordered many other charms from Pugster, customer service is not good. Been calling 800# for 2 weeks, even wrote to them a week ago have gotten no response. want to get these charms replaced.
