It contains extremely up-to-date reference work on past two decades of pioneering research in both novel materials and devices; it covers the synthesis, processing, fabrication, characterization, spectroscopy, physical properties and device applications of electronic and photonic materials. In all, it contains over 100 state-of-the-art review chapters written by more than 200 world-leading experts from 25 different countries.
