Every professional who works (or wishes to work) on R&D should carry this book wherever he goes! It contains just everything we need to know about cosmetic science and technology. And particularly it has a specific part of it dedicated to product testing and regulatory matters. Save yourself from a hundred of heavy and useless books just because 2 or 10 pages of them are important. Buy this one: it is almost complete and 'carriable'.
