3.0 out of 5 stars Overpriced but compact, December 28, 2007
This review is from: Handbook of Dermoscopy (Paperback)
This book has 95 pages including the index so it is about 1 $US a page which is expensive even by the standard of medical textbooks. However it packs a lot into the 95 pages and does it using excellent diagrams and tables. The photographs are too small to be useful and many lack arrows to indicate the features they are meant to show, which makes life difficult for the dermatoscopic neophyte. It does fit easily into a coat pocket and will be useful for residents learning about dermoscopy in the clinic but there are better textbooks out there.

this book is too expensive for what it gives. There are better books and they cost less.
