This review is from: Handbook of Epilepsy (Lippincott Williams & Wilkins Handbook Series) (Paperback)
This is an excellent and concise handbook. However there is an error (probably a typo) on P230. There is a division sign where there should be a multiplication sign. The correct formula should read:Loading dose (mg/kg)= desired concentration (mg/L) X Volume of distribution (L/kg) The examples that are given in the text are calculated correctly using the above formula, which indicates that it was a typo error.
