This review is from: Handbook of Fabrication Processes (06401G) (Hardcover)
I am a manufacturing engineer and bought this book after after reading a couple articles written by O.D. Lascoe that were published on line. I was mainly interested in a couple chapters on punching, but the information in the book was definately worth the price and the wait. The book contains theory, formulas, and some testing results, all of which I found very useful. I liked what I read so much that I eventually finished the rest of the book. I would recommend this book to any engineer, technical, or manufacturing person; it's packed with information in an easy to read format.
Unfortunately this book is out of print, so I had to wait 3 or 4 weeks to receive it - as stated in the product description. Like every Amazon purchase I've made, the book arrived in brand new condition and Amazon's service was excellent. |
