This review is from: The Handbook of Family Dispute Resolution: Mediation Theory and Practice (The Jossey-Bass Library of Conflict Resolution) (Paperback)
I am in the Marriage and Family/Child Therapist graduate program. I have added Negotiations Crisis Resolutions classes for certification. This book is terrific. In the beginning first two chapters it is more of a psychology book. I would recommend it to MFT, SW, and psychology students for study.

A Nice Springboard for Discussion in Class,

This review is from: The Handbook of Family Dispute Resolution: Mediation Theory and Practice (Jossey-Bass Library of Conflict Resolution) (Hardcover)
This is a terrific reference and a springboard for discussion in class, but as far as books go, it's nothing so terrific that would turn me on to mediation if I were in a book store flipping through books for something to read. The book is easy to read and follow as far as topics are concerned and if you need to look something up, topics are easy to find and outline. |
